Recommendation: In case your cup size is in between two sizes (i.e C and D OR F and H) we always recommend the bigger one.
That is because the bigger size can be reduced so as to fit the cup size of the wearer, in case it is too big. Simply, remove or trim the unnecessary part via a pair of scissors.

Silicone nipple covers vs silk nipple covers:
The Bye Bra breast lift tapes come with either silicone or silk nipple covers. You might wonder why that is. Every breast is different. Every woman is unique. The silk nipple covers are lighter, smaller (6 cm) and not reusable. That makes them less visible under clothing made from more sensitive fabric, whereas the shape of the larger silicone nipple covers might be noticed. We recommend using the silicone nipple covers for less formal wear or in the case of larger areolae around the nipple.

Bye Bra F+ is an adhesive bra for cups F and larger. We receive many questions about what the Bye Bra looks like, and whether it can hold up an F-cup or larger. The answer is yes – in general, if you are between 16 and 46, the Bye Bra works. However, the Bye Bra F+ also has its limits. From cup F upwards it does depend on the strength of the skin, the sagginess of the breasts and their weight. But for 95% of our clients the Bye Bra F+ works perfectly well. What is even more important than the weight and size of the breasts and the strength of your skin is that you clean the skin before you apply the Bye Bra. Avoid oil, water, sweat or cream before you apply the Bye Bra, because it will not stick to skin that is creamy or oily.
