A short, tight-fitting dress from Noir in a two-piece design. The transparent top part is made out of powernet which has delicate velvet flock print on it. The opaque skirt part is made out of stylish matte look material. It is stretchy which means that it is extremely comfortable to wear. The stand-up collar can be fastened with the 2 small buttons at the front. There is a large cut-out underneath the collar.
