WHERE IS MY ORDER, WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED IT YET?

Each product in the online store has a deadline marked for when the online store should post the order after receiving payment for it. If it says 7 working days/days, it means that the product is not available at our local Eros Boutique and is ordered specifically from our Western European partners, taking an average of 7 working days for us to post the order, i.e., to hand it over to the courier company. Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not working days. For example, if you place an order at the end of the week on Friday and also pay immediately so that the money is received by us on Friday, then we can post your order on Tuesday of the following week (although we usually post on Friday late evening of the next week).

If your order contains products with different shipping deadlines, then the shipping time automatically extends to the longest one in your order. If some of the goods are available in our Eros Boutique store, then you can also come to pick up the available goods, of course, if they have been paid for.

Around New Year's and Christmas, delivery deadlines may extend, as courier companies like DHL and DPD may halt operations, or our goods suppliers' companies do not work. Also, other national holidays of our Western European partners and pandemics like COVID19 causing an overload of transport channels can slow down the movement of goods.

If the order has been posted by us and you have received a corresponding notification by email, then upon request, we can provide the Smartpost and Omniva tracking code. It is possible that you have not noticed or received the SMS notification of the goods, but the order is already waiting for you at the selected parcel terminal.
