The high-neck mini dress from Noir has long sleeves and is made out of trendy black powerwetlook material. It is soft and stretchy, which means that it clings to the body but it is also very comfortable to wear too. It has an emphasising, tapered cut with a full-length, 2 way zip over each breast that goes right down to the hem.
