Transparent black mini dress from Noir that is made entirely out of delicate stretchy tulle with a velvet floral flock print. It is soft and stretchy for a perfect and very comfortable fit. It is tight-fitting and it also has a halterneck choker and very low cowl neck. It is backless but there is a long rhinestone chain that goes right down to the buttocks.
